Halloween Candy Buy Back – Turner Toys, 129 Market Street, Williston, VT – 11:00am-4:00pm – Kids get $1 in Turner Toys bucks for each pound of candy – up to 5 lbs. Turner Toys bucks can be spent in store. Candy must be wrapped and in good condition.
Penny Fair – St. Peter’s Parish, Vergennes, VT – 10:00am-7:00pm – St. Peter’s Parish, 85 South Maple Street in Vergennes is having its annual Penny Fair from 10am to 7pm. Drawings begin at 6:30pm. Fun for all ages.

Sunday Morning Fam Jams – Guild Hall @ The Soda Plant, Burlington, VT – 9:30-11:00am – The Guild Hall is officially open for families to enjoy Sunday morning from 9:30am – 11am. From 9:30 – 10:00, father, musician and early childhood educator Alex Baron facilitates a weekly fam jam for all family members. They’ll have some instruments on hand for you and your littles to enjoy! Following the musical portion of the morning, families are invited to spend the next hour enjoying a casual playgroup in the space. Families had been hanging around afterwards anyways, so we figured we’d just make it official!
Additionally, their good friends at Haymaker Buns downstairs will be offering $5 kids’ meals with any adult meal purchased to all playgroup attendees!

Fit and Strong Moms Workout & Playgroup – Jericho Community Center, Jericho, VT – 9:00-10:00am – Cost: $8 per class or $40 per month – Fit and Strong Moms is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training led by ACE-certified personal trainer Sarah Roberts. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome! No need to get childcare… children are welcome and view this as a play group! Bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and sandbags are used so the workouts can be adjusted for any level of fitness, and so children can safely play alongside their mothers without fear of injury. Crafternoon for Kids – Winooski Memorial Library, Winooski, VT – 3:30-4:30pm – Join the Winooski Library every Wednesday for a fun afternoon of craft activities for kids! Recommended ages 5+. Youth 9 and under must be with an adult.
Positive Solutions for Families Workshop – 349 RTE 7, Milton, VT – 5:30-7:30pm – Positive Solutions for Families: Practical, Playful, and Proven Strategies for Raising Happy, Confident Kids. What is this workshop series? The Positive Solutions for Families workshop is a welcoming space where parents, grandparents, guardians, and other family members can learn general strategies that support all children’s social and emotional development. This is not a place for individual therapy or specific advice for your child’s unique needs. Toddlertime – South Burlington Public Library, South Burlington, VT – 9:15-11:00am – TODDLERTIME: a weekly story time for toddlers and their caregivers! Join them for story times geared to their youngest patrons. Their children’s space–The Marabella Kidspace– now has a family restroom, a nursing room and space to spread out. All programs are free and do not require pre-registration.

Dance, Sing, and Jump Around – Capital City Grance, Berlin, VT – $5 for adults, kids are free, but NO ONE is turned away. Easy, traiditional dances for all ages, with local, live music. All dances are taught and called. Healthy snacks are provided.
